Yleiset ohjeet, jotka käyvät jokaiseen myynti-osioon:
- *Kauppatori on vain BMW tuotteille, pl. Muut merkit osio, jossa ei ole eritelty luokkia (autot,varaosat,purkuautot,renkaat/vanteet, kaikki samassa).
- Panostaakaa viestin otsikkoon, siitä tulisi heti selvitä, että mitä on myymässä. Itse viestiin sitten hyvin tarkka selvitys, jottei lukijoiden tarvisi kovin hirveästi lisätietoja hinkua. Yleensä kuvat kertovat enemmän kuin tuhat sanaa. Jos tulee esim. valkoinen ruutu ilmoitusta lähetettäessä, kokeile tehdä ensin lyhyt otsikko ja muokkaa sitten pidemmäksi (Edit -> Go Advanced).
- Muista mainita MISSÄ myytävät artikkelit ovat. Paikkatieto on pakollinen. Paikka kannattaa mainita ITSE ILMOITUKSESSA , linkki nettiautoon ei riitä. Halutessasi voit mainita myös millä alueella (esim. "Keski-Suomi", katso aluejako alueellisesta keskustelusta) tuotteet sijaitsevat. Alueen kirjoittaminen auttaa tavaroiden myymistä, jos joku hakee tavaroita vain lähialueeltaan.
- HINTA on pakollinen tieto kaikissa muissa myyntiosioissa, paitsi Tallin tyhjennys/Purkuautot -osiossa.
- Ilmoita toivottu yhteydenottotapa (esim. privaviesti, puhelin, sähköposti, tms)
- Jos tunnet tarvetta kertoa lisää, muuttaa hintaa, lisäillä kuvia tai muuten muuttaa ilmoitusta ennen 2 viikon uppausaikaa, niin se tehdään editoimalla aiempaa viestiä/viestejä!
- Jos tavarasta on jo ilmoitus foorumilla, voi olemassa olevaa ilmoitusta uppailla sääntöjen puitteisssa. Uuden ilmoituksen tekeminen samasta tavarasta on kielletty.
- Muiden käyttäjien foorumilla olevien ilmoitusten kaikenlainen kommentointi omassa ilmoituksessa on kielletty, koski se esim. hintaa tai laatua.
- Huuto.netin jne. foorumin ulkoisten huutokauppakohteiden ilmoittaminen on tällä foorumilla KIELLETTY.
- Yksityishenkilö saa myydä vain omistuksessaan olevaa tavaraa. Tavaran välitys on kielletty.
- Vinkki: Jos saat paljon samoja kysymyksiä yksityisviesitllä tms, niin kannattanee lisätä vastaus ilmoitukseen (Opettaa vastaisuudessakin kertomaan myytävästä artikkelista paremmin).
Osat ja tarvikkeet:
- Yhdellä henkilöllä saa olla max. 5 ilmoitusta. Mikäli tavaraa on enemmän, tulee tehdä uusi ilmoitus "Tallin tyhjennys / Purkuautot"-osastolle ja merkitä Osat ja tarvikkeet -puolen ilmoitukset poistettaviksi (samalla tavalla kuin myydyissä, eli uppaus ja ilmoituksen otsikkoon "voi poistaa")
Tallin tyhjennys / purkuautot:
- Tallin tyhjennykset / Purkuautot -osio on tarkoitettu ilmoituksille, joissa myydään kuusi (6) tai useampi artikkeli samassa ilmoituksessa. Koskee myös yhden tuotteen massamyyntiä. Esim. teholastut, puslat tai muut, joita tehdään menekin mukaan.
- Purkuautoa ilmoittaessa kannattaa mainita VIN-koodi tai varustelista. Mikäli kyseisiä tietoja ei ole saatavilla, kannattaa mainita ainakin auton mallimerkintä, vuosimalli (kk/vvvv), auton väri, kilometrilukema, tärkeimmät varusteet. Tämä vähentää turhien kyselyiden määrää sekä parantaa hakukoneen tarkkuutta.
- Tallin tyhjennykset / purkuautot -osiossa muut voivat kysyä myytävistä artikkeleista. Myyjä voi heti vastata kysymyksiin, mutta kaikki "uppailu" on kiellettyä. HUOM. Tätä valvotaan! (Siis 2 viikon välein saa uppailla, mutta esim. tavaroiden lisäys ja poisto tehdään editoimalla tai odotetaan 2 viikkoa edellisestä omasta postauksesta. Kysymykseen saa vastata heti ja siitä alkaa uusi 2 viikon odotus uppaukseen, jos ei tule uusia kysymyksiä vastattavaksi).
Renkaat ja vanteet:
- Kun myytte vanteita ja renkaita, ilmoittakaa selvästi niiden tiedot jo otsikossa!
- Vanteilla on useita mitattavia suureita, näistä varmasti tärkeimmät ovat vannekoko sekä pulttijako. Yleensä ostaja tarvitsee myös niistä muuta tietoa kuten: vanteen leveys, ET-arvo sekä keskireiän halkaisija. Mikäli et näitä tiedä, kerro ainakin (ja mielellään joka tapauksessa) missä autossa vanteet on olleet alla! Tämä koskee jokaista myynti-ilmoitusta.
- Renkaista sen verran myös, että muistakaa mainita tietysti renkaiden koko mutta myös missä kunnossa ne ovat ja ovatko tasaisesti kuluneet. Nämä ovat tärkeimpiä tietoja rengaskaupoissa.
- Vannekoon ilmoitus mielellään esim. 18t, ei 18" koska foorumin haku ei ymmärrä tuota "hipsua".
HUOM! Muiden ilmoituksiin ei saa mennä kirjoittamaan mitään (pl. tallin tyhjennys -puoli). Ilmoituksen muokkauksen lisäksi myyjän on sallittu aikaisintaan kahden (2) viikon välein kirjoittaa lisätietoa uudella viestillä samaan ilmoitukseen, jolloin ilmoitus samalla uppaantuu. Koska uppaus on vapaaehtoista, pidempi aikaväli edellisten uppausten välillä ei oikeuta tekemään seuraavaa uppausta aiemmin. Jää siis myyjän vastuulle tehdä sellainen ilmoitus, joka jättää mahdollisimman vähän kysyttävää. Kaikki yhteydenotot siis suoritetaan ilmoitusten ulkopuolella yksityisviesteillä, sähköpostilla, Puhelimella tms. MUISTA ILMOITTAA YHTEYSTIEDOT!
Myydyn tavaran ilmoituksen saa upata aiemmin, jotta ylläpito voi poistaa ilmoituksen. Editoi samalla myös otsikkoon "myyty".
Sääntöjä rikkovat ilmoitukset voidaan poistaa ilman erillistä ilmoitusta. Myös käyttäjän sulkeminen pois foorumilta (bannaus) on mahdollista, jos käyttäjä rikkoo ilmoitussääntöjä toistuvasti.
Kannattaa välillä lukaista tätä infoa, pieniä lisäyksiä todennäköisesti tulee. Jos jotain jäi epäselväksi, kysy!
Ammattimainen myynti ei kuulu foorumin myyntipuolelle (pois lukien Yritykset-osio), vaikka se tapahtuisikin yksityishenkilönä. Tällaisessa tapauksessa oikea paikka on Yritykset-osio, jonne voi hankkia tunnukset täältä. Ammattimaisuuden rajat määrittelee BTCF:n hallitus. Yleislinjana tähän asiaan: signaturessa saa mainostaa vapaasti, mutta esim. kaikki palvelut ovat sellaisia, että niitä saa mainostaa vain yrityspuolella.
