ZF 5HP transmission The ZF 5HP is a five-speed automatic transmission for longitudinal engine applications, designed and built by ZF Friedrichshafen AG's subsidiary in Saarbrücken.

Introduced in 1992, it was produced through 2003, and has been used in a variety of cars from Aston Martin, Bentley, BMW, and Rolls Royce.
