e46 lock problem

I have such a problem that my drivers door doesn't work. I won't unlock it. The same situation like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9oQfX09exUw

SO anyone know how to fix this problem? May there is the problem with lock or I don't know. If you have some idea please let me know and also recommend me service or the person who can help with reasonable price.

Does remote control work? Does it open all doors? Can you open boot lid?

Possible causes: 1) door lock barrel breakdownr or 2) GM5 aka ZKE aka general module malfunction, see here: CLICK. If remote works and just the mechanical lock fails, then it's most likely door lock cylinder issue or door actuator but may still be GM5.
