Well, Slovenia isn't such a poor country as you might think, hmm the average let's say arond 1000euro...I just said Bosnia beacuse i know some people that have "raced" there, and you can bribe a cop with 10euros or buy him a lunch (hamburger...etc)but down there they are poor. the get 100, 200 euros monthly.
