It depends on what car you got. If you have e36 it's pretty hard to find anything from Ahtiala (there is one m3 though). But if you have e30 all kind of parts are pretty common, I think.

You can also see website http://www.autopurkamo.net which is in Nastola, not so far from Lahti.

Check also links http://www.autovahinkokeskus.fi and http://www.varaosahaku.fi which are nationwide searchengines for used parts.
