Obviously you have some problems with the finnish authorities and I'm trying to
help you but I do not really understand what's the problem. In my email from
July 3rd I stated that the first BMW M3 IS in fact part of the E30 series, so I
thought this question already answered. The original text was:

"There were several variants of the BMW M3 until today but the first series was
based on the BMW 3 series E30. In fact the BMW M3 is always based on the current
BMW 3 series. The first BMW M3 (E30 series) was produced from 1986 until 1990,
the M3 convertible E30 from 1988 until 1991. The new BMW M3 based on the E36
series came in 1992."

Joo, tarkoitin tietty näitä Metro Autosta uutena tuotuja 1980-1985 viilukylkicapriceja. Tossa '82 V8:n joulukuun numerossa sanottiin et metro-auton Pontiacit ja Oldsmobilet on "muutettu" Chevy Capriceiksi maahantuotaessa tyyppihyväksyntäsyistä. Ja sit noita Taksi-Ramblereita, AMC Ambassadoreja, Hornetteja yms yms. Esim Hornetteja on ollu "American Hornet Ramblerina" ja pelkkänä "Americanina".
