2) In the most cases, the vehicle go out from France with the normal plates, but we know there is sometimes a misunderstanding with the german police because they don't understand that the car was just bought in France....... so it is also possible to ask for the french WW2 plates (specific export number) to be more quiet in Germany ! With WW2 plates, you can drive in all countries, but not more than 1 month in France. But in other cases, the german police don't also know nothing about the export plates........
